We currently offer the following shipping options within Canada:

Estimated delivery: 3–9 business days

Express Shipping — $25 CAD
Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days

Complimentary Standard Shipping
Enjoy complimentary standard shipping on orders of $139 CAD or more.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment after your order has been successfully placed. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information where available.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact Maison Ihsan as soon as possible with your order details and photographs of the item. We will review the issue and assist you with the appropriate resolution.
