Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the thobe must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

Exchanges
We are happy to offer size exchanges, subject to availability. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to request an exchange.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photographs of the item. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
